1. *Free Account Overview*: Vendors who register for a free account with XP Network will enjoy lifetime access to basic features, including a business page listing on our platform.

2. *Limited Access*: Free accounts are limited to basic platform features, such as appearing in our directory and access to select promotional tools. Free accounts do not include premium benefits such as unlimited leads or advanced analytics.

3. *Upgraded Subscription Option*: Vendors can choose to upgrade to a premium account for full access. This includes:
   - A one-time license fee of $495.
   - A monthly subscription fee of $100.
   - Premium benefits include enhanced visibility, access to unlimited leads, advanced marketing tools, and other exclusive features.

4. *Free Account Duration*: Free accounts will remain active indefinitely, as long as the account complies with XP Network’s policies and remains in good standing.

5. *Account Upgrades*: Vendors may upgrade to the premium subscription at any time to unlock the full suite of XP Network benefits.

6. *Account Modifications*: XP Network reserves the right to modify the features of free and premium accounts, as well as the terms of the subscription, at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes in advance.

7. *Compliance*: By signing up, vendors agree to abide by XP Network’s terms and conditions, including the proper use of the platform, ethical promotion of services, and adherence to legal and community standards.

8. *No Guarantee of Results*: While XP Network provides tools and visibility to vendors, it does not guarantee specific sales or customer acquisition results.

9. *Termination*: XP Network reserves the right to terminate any account that violates platform guidelines or terms of service.
